Terms & Conditions for Money Falls

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Money Falls mobile application (“App”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Earning Rcoins and Rewards

The App features two daily merit-based reward programs. You can participate by adding an in-game coin or watching ads.

Each participant’s entry contributes one Rcoin to the program’s total reward pool.

Winners of both programs are announced daily at 7:00 PM, after which the programs restart.

Rcoins are earned based on your participation and the performance of your followers.

One Rcoin is equivalent to one Indian Rupee (INR) and can be withdrawn as real money at any time without a minimum withdrawal limit.

3. Followers Network and Commission Structure

You can build a network of followers up to five levels deep.

First-level followers are people you directly refer to the App.

Second-level followers are those referred by your first-level followers, and so on up to five levels.

You earn commissions in two ways:

1. 1% of the total Rcoins earned by your followers whenever they win the merit-based programs.


2. Coins earned when your first-level followers complete an 8-day streak score in each program.

4. Streaks and Performance

Streaks are tracked in both programs. Maintaining an 8-day streak score unlocks additional commissions from your first-level followers.

Winners are determined based on criteria such as app usage time, number of followers gained in less time, highest total number of followers, and highest streak scores.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.

You must not engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

You are responsible for the content of any messages or materials you post or share in the App, including respecting the rights and privacy of others.

6. Messaging and Community Features

You may send messages to other users within the App.

You must not share illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or block any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Purchase and Withdrawal of Rcoins

You may purchase Rcoins through the available in-app payment methods.

Withdrawals of Rcoins as real money (INR) can be made at any time.

Refunds are only applicable in cases of technical errors caused by us.

Rcoins are earned through participation and engagement; they are not considered deposits or investments.

8. Winner History and User Information

Users can view past winners through the “Winner History” feature.

Users can also view the streak scores, profile pictures, follower counts, and win history of other users.

9. Modifications and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the App or these Terms at any time, without prior notice.

Your continued use of the App after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience but do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes arising under or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
