PRIVACY POLICY – MONEY FALLS

Money Falls (“App”) is developed and operated by Kings Wake Digital Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
We respect user privacy and are committed to responsible data handling.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Information You Provide
• Mobile number (signup & login)
• OTP verification
• PIN created by user
• Profile picture uploaded from device storage
• UPI ID entered manually for withdrawals

B. Automatically Collected Information
• Device model, OS, app version
• Advertising ID (AAID)
• IP address (fraud and abuse prevention)
• Usage analytics
• Crash logs (Firebase / Play Services)

We do not collect precise location, SMS, contacts, or microphone/camera input.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
• Create/manage user accounts
• Provide app features and rewards
• Validate users and prevent multi-account abuse
• Process reward withdrawals
• Show ads and measure performance
• Maintain app security and stability
• Compliance with platform/legal requirements

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We may share limited data with:
A. Advertising partners (now and future)
• Google AdMob
• Future offerwall networks (when active)

B. Analytics / crash reporting
• Firebase / Google Play Services

Data shared is limited to device-related identifiers. We do not sell data.

4. THIRD-PARTY SDKs
Currently integrated:
• Google AdMob (test ads)
• Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics
• Google Play Services

Offerwall SDKs may be integrated after release. Their policies apply independently.

5. DATA RETENTION
• Account and profile data retained while account is active
• Withdrawal records retained for operational/legal purposes
• Analytics and crash data retained as needed
Data is deleted when no longer required or upon verified request.

6. USER RIGHTS
Users may request:
• Access to stored data
• Correction of data
• Account/data deletion

7. CHILDREN
App is intended for users aged 13+.
No data is knowingly collected from children under 13.

8. PERMISSIONS USED
• Internet – run services and load ads
• Storage – upload profile image
No location, SMS, camera, microphone, or background tracking is used.

9. SECURITY
We use reasonable safeguards. No method of online transmission is fully secure.

10. GEOGRAPHY OF SERVICE
Service operates in India.
Some data may be processed on servers outside India (e.g., Google).

11. CHANGES TO POLICY
Policy may update for legal or feature changes. Latest version will appear at:
